In 1913, during scooping, 11 skeletons were found within the chamber, and another 11 burials were found that originate from later on in the outer areas. Also, some amulettes and pottery fragments were saved. Upon these findings was also one of the "Opperschöner cans" , which is a leading sign of the Salzmünde culture (3600-3300 b.C.). The chamber itself is built earlier than that.
Those graves were used for a whole kin. Built without entry passage tunnel, there was an opening for later burials. There are really huge stones, and sometimes gather in neighborhood to other dolmen. Originally, those graves were covered with soil.
